Q - How are the items despatched?
A - This depends on the weight. Most orders will be under 2kg and are despatched by first class Royal Mail Packet Post. Items over 2kg are sent using a Next Working Day Courier Service.
Q - How quickly are the packages despatched?
A - While We keep a wide range of products always in stock and aim to send 95% of goods out on the day we receive the order, any delay will be advised to you by email. Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service usually arrive within 2-5 days from despatch.
Q - What guarantees do the products have?
A - Everything that we sell is covered by the manufacturers guarantee. This is very simple, if its faulty we will replace it. If it fails to satisfy we will refund it. Please see our terms and conditions of sale for a further explanation.
Q - Do I have to pay by credit card?
A - Yes, we only accept payment via credit or debit cards.
Q - How secure is it in using my credit card?
A - Our site is coded as a secure website certified by our hosting service. You will see that the site address starts with https:// and a locked padlock symbol appears in the status bar, bottom right, of your browser. This means data being transmitted is encrypted. We are not aware of any transaction ever being intercepted or being used in a fraud.
Q - Do I have to order over the Internet?

Q - What are Compatible Inkjet Cartridges?
A - Compatible Inkjet Cartridges are manufactured by third parties rather than the original printer manufacturer and are made for most Epson and many Canon printers. They are a copy of the cartridge and are made to the same or higher standards than those available from the printer manufacturer. If a micro chip is applicable it will be fitted.
Compatible Inkjet Cartridges offer an economical alternative to more expensive branded original inkjet cartridges.
Q - What are Re-manufactured Cartridges?
A - These are mainly available for Hewlett Packard and Lexmark printers, the manufacturer takes a recycled cartridge, cleans and re-fills it with high quality ink. These cartridges are as good as new when supplied to us and provide excellent cost savings against the manufacturers original cartridges. |
