Creating an Order
To create an order locate your required item by using the search function on the left handside of the web page or by browsing through the categories for the various printer manufacturers and then through the sub categories and products.
Once you have found your required item, click the Buy Me button and the item will be added to your shopping trolley, please note that you are not re-directred to the trolley at this point, but notice that the trolley box on the right handside of the web page has now been updated to include your selection.
You can continue to locate and add further items to your shopping trolley or you can go to the checkout by clicking on the checkout icon at the top right of the web page.
At this point you will be prompted to login to the website with your username and password, if you do not have a username and password, click on the Continue button under the "I am a new customer" section and follow the instructions to create your account.
Once logged in you will be able to confirm or change your shipping address, however please note that we will only ship orders to the registered address of the payment card you select later in this process.
Once you are happy that your address is correct, click the continue button to move to the payment information page, on this page you can if necessary change the address to which we send the invoice for your order.
PLEASE NOTE - Currently we are only able to offer customers the ability to pay for orders using Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Solo, Delta and VisaElectron cards via our link to the Nochex SSL Payment Gateway, therefore this option is automatically selected for you.
Enter any additional comments you would like us to consider in the comments box and then click on the Continue button to move to the confirmation page.
Review all of your order information and make any amendments using the edit buttons if required, then click on the Confirm Order button to place your order and move to the Nochex Secure Payment Screen.
If you have a Nochex account, you can make purchase items upto the limit of £300 per order, simply sign in using your nochex account details on the Nochex payment screen and click on the send money button.
If you do not have an account you have two options,
A) create an account and then use the registered details to process a payment
B) Click on the optional button for users without an account, you can then enter the required details to process a payment upto the value of £100 per order using your chosen payment card (Visa, MasterCard etc...)
After you have made your payment, you will be returned to the Webinkz site, you will still be logged into your account, your trolley will now be empty.
Within moments you will receive an email to confirm the status of your order. You may receive multiple emails to confirm the various stages of processing as we keep you informed on your order progress through our system to the point of despatch.
Now your order is complete, you can repeat the above steps to place another order, you can of course continue to browse our site at your lesuire or logout of your account if you are leaving us.
