Where possible our policy is not to charge you any extras for postage, packaging or handling. There are some exceptions here as some items such as paper, CD/DVD Media and some Toner cartridges are too Heavy to be sent by Royal Mail and therefore have to be sent via a courier next working day service. These items are therefore indicated with a shipping charge. One other exception maybe if you as the customer have made a specific request for courier delivery or the delivery falls outside of our UK mainland designated areas. Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and The Channel Islands are outside of our UK mainland designated areas. When checking out, please select the Non-UK Mainland Shipping Zone and you will be provided with any additional shipping charges, if there are any.
All orders will be shipped at very worst the next day from receipt of order and where possible the same day.
All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped by First Class Royal Mail Post. If any significant delays are expected then we will notify you and ask for your instructions.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy Please be sure you have ordered the correct cartridges for your printer, any item(s) being returned from an incorrect order on the customers behalf will incur shipping and re-stocking charges. These charges will be notified to you as the customer as part of the returns procedure. If the error has occurred due to a Webinkz mistake, you will not be charged for the correction of this error. Also if we request you to return the incorrectly supplied item(s), we will reimburse you for the associated costs, providing that all postage & packaging receipts are provided
Any returned item(s) will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unused, that is to say with the original amount of ink or number of sheets of paper or number of discs in them and in their original and complete/un-damaged packaging.
Webinkz Limited can accept no responsibility for misuse or mishandling of cartridges or the printers they are being installed into. If you are unsure how to install your cartridge(s), refer to your printers reference manual or consult a qualified technician.
Should you have the need to return any item(s) you must first obtain an RMA Number, please e-mail returns@webinkz.com or contact customer services on 01642 507183.
When returning any item(s), proof of return postage must be obtained and included with the item(s) returned. All item(s) being returned must be packaged securely. We suggest you use a service that can provide "proof of delivery". Webinkz will not be liable for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damaged Goods
Customers must inspect all item(s) as and when received for any damage and inform us immediately. If the package you receive arrives by courier service and looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered, with you should refuse the package or mark the couriers sheet to show this. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery by a courier service to you then we will replace the item(s) and/or refund the price paid for the courier service depending on the circumstances. If you find any damages you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.
Important Due to insurance issues we are not able to allow customer collections; therefore all orders will be posted either via Royal Mail or our chosen Courier service. Please accept our apology if this causes any inconvenience.
Please note that the automatic confirmation e-mail our system sends out when your order is received does not include any details of out of stock items.
